We have traveled to many destinations, but this location was a hidden gem. A last minute trip for a few days was enhanced by the customer service I received on the phone when booking online. The local customer service person Ashley did an outstanding job assisting me with my reservation. Ashley selected the perfect and I mean perfect room for my family's visit for two days. Overall, the hotel was well staffed and provided higher than expected customer service. From the breakfast selection, cleanliness, amenities, gulf views, location and customer service from staff this was an outstanding experience.

Very nice hotel. Updated last yr in a very modern way. The staff are amazing. Special shout out to Anthony at the front desk. He was able to accommodate us very well in our special requests. The hotel is right on the beach with wash off stations featuring warm water. The pools are very nice. One regular temp, one warm water, a kids pool and a hot tub. Towels are provided. Breakfast has a wide variety except almost the same food everyday. The beach is the mist beautiful beach I've been to. No seaweed whatsoever even after a storm. We seen tons of jelly fish and stingray. We got a glimpse of some dolphins and even 1 shark. The sand is like a sneaky (literally) clean sugar sand. Recommend 100%

Very nice hotel, the view from the balcony was incredible. I absolutely loved the pool area and it was open very early and very late at night. The staff was so kind and friendly. It’s right next to the beach which is so convenient. There is free breakfast but it’s very early between 6:30 and 9:30. The food leaves a bit to be desired, waffles are chewy and coffee isn’t great. Would also be nice if there was water in the lobby given the heat.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! We were staying at another well known establishment a few hotels down the road and it was overpriced and filthy. It was such a breath of fresh air coming to SpringHill Suites. The rooms were very clean. Staff was incredibly nice and just above and beyond our expectations. Housekeeping deserves all the accolades and all the raises. They know what they are doing and just wow! If you are deciding between this place or that other one go with this one! I am now a Marriott super fan.

The rooms have been updated within the last 3 years. The 3 pools are nice. The breakfast is better than I thought it would be. Gym is small. Our AC was loud but kept the room cold.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean & updated. Rooms were stylish & under bed accent lights turned on at arrival. Staff & front desk were all very friendly. Beds were remade when we were gone each day. Breakfast is the usual. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, on the Gulf. Wonderful views of the water. Staff were extremely nice, particularly with a fairly bad storm coming through. And the breakfast was fantastic.
